Questions About Land

Has my house got development potential?

If your home has a large garden, is situated on a corner plot or has a wide frontage, there may be potential to develop the site. However, not all sites are suitable and there are many factors that may rule out development.

If your house has any of these attributes, please contact us using the form on the right, and a member of our team will investigate the possibility of development of your site.

We have 30 years’ experience in property development in Oxfordshire; as a consequence we understand the peculiarities of each individual location and how to approach the local planning officers in each case.

Why should I sell my home to a property developer?

Unlike a regular purchaser, we are not tied to selling a property in order to fund the purchase of yours, leaving us essentially chain free. This will mitigate any delay in the purchasing process as well as removing any uncontrollable scenarios that may be encountered if there were additional links in the chain.

How would we proceed?

There are three main options in proceeding with the sale of your home:
• You can sell the property outright for an agreed sum.
• We can enter into an agreement where we pay a figure based upon a agreed resale value with an overage on any figure above the agreed resale value.
• We could enter into a joint venture.

If you think your property has development potential, please get in touch with us to discuss the matter further.
